1/4 c. popcorn
2 tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Pop popcorn in shortening. Place in bowl. Combine sugar and syrup in saucepan over low heat; bring to a boil and stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over popcorn; mix well. Pour onto cookie sheet, cool.
