RAISIN CRISS CROSS COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raisins

Combine butter, sugar, egg, and extract; mix. Add remaining ingredients. Roll into balls and flatten with fork. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
