CHOCOLATE PEANUT ROCKY ROADS 
3/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
2 c. salted peanuts; optional

In top of double boiler, melt together the first 4 ingredients. (May also be melted in microwave oven on MEDIUM power.) Cool mixture and stir in marshmallows and peanuts. Spread in greased 13 x 9 inch pan; cut in squares when firm. It is best to keep in refrigerator until ready to serve, as the chocolate melts. Makes 72 squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
