CHOCOLATE PEANUT ROCKY ROADS | |
3/4 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. butter 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips 1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows 2 c. salted peanuts; optional In top of double boiler, melt together the first 4 ingredients. (May also be melted in microwave oven on MEDIUM power.) Cool mixture and stir in marshmallows and peanuts. Spread in greased 13 x 9 inch pan; cut in squares when firm. It is best to keep in refrigerator until ready to serve, as the chocolate melts. Makes 72 squares. |
