EASY GARDEN VEGETABLE PIE 
2 c. chopped broccoli or cauliflower
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick

Cook broccoli in 1 cup salted water about 5 minutes and drain. Mix broccoli, green pepper and cheese together in a 10 inch baking dish.

Mix Bisquick, eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over vegetables. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until crust is golden brown. If frozen broccoli is used do not cook first, just thaw and drain.
