VEGETABLE SAUSAGE SOUP 
1 lb. Italian sausage, cut in 1/2 inch pieces

Cook in 1 tablespoon oil until done. Drain. 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 c. water 2 tsp. beef bouillon 2 tsp. sugar 1 c. each carrot, celery, onion, and zucchini 1/4 c. minced parsley 1/2 tsp. Italian herb seasoning

Cook together 15 minutes. Add sausage; simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
