CHOCOLATE OIL CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 c. sour milk (or 1 tbsp. vinegar to 1 c. milk to sour it)
1/2 c. cocoa
Nuts (optional)

Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until well blended. Place in a tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. When done, invert and let cake cool in pan. Do not remove until completely cooled! Easy to make. It is a moist cake and doesn't need icing. Enjoy!
