SESAME HAM SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 green bell pepper, seeded, chunked
1/4 lb. ham, cubed or minced
4 c. chunked iceberg lettuce
2 tbsp. minced green onion
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Sesame dressing

Drain pineapple. Reserve juice for salad dressing. Toss with next 5 ingredients in a salad bowl. Toss with Sesame Dressing.

SESAME DRESSING:

3 tbsp. reserved pineapple juice
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Combine in a screw-top jar. Shake well. Serves 4.
