LAYERED TWENTY FOUR HOUR SALAD 
1 head torn lettuce
1 chopped onion
1 head cauliflower
Bacon bits
2 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 bag frozen green peas

Fill 1 9 x 13 pan with lettuce, sprinkle with onion and spread 1/2 bag of peas and cauliflower over that. Mix salad dressing and sugar, spread over top. Sprinkle bacon and grated Cheddar cheese on top. Let sit overnight.
