100 YEAR UPSIDE DOWN CAKE | |
1 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. butter 1 pt. fruit (apple, pineapple, cherry or your favorite) 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. flour 3 tbsp. butter 1 egg, beaten 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla Mix the brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of butter and the fruit; put in the bottom of a cake pan. Then blend the remaining ingredients and pour over the fruit mixture. Bake this cake for approximately 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. When done turn cake over and serve. |
