1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. onion, minced 1/4 c. celery, minced 1 c. chili sauce 1/4 c. water 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 c. finely shredded cabbage Cook ground beef in large skillet. Break apart. Drain grease. Add all other ingredients (except cabbage). Mix thoroughly. Heat to boil. Add cabbage; mix thoroughly. Simmer with lid about 25 minutes. Stir frequently. Serve in buns. Extra can be portioned out, frozen and reheated in microwave. |
