SLOPPY JACK'S 
1 lb. ground beef

1/2 c. onion, minced

1/4 c. celery, minced

1 c. chili sauce

1/4 c. water

1 tbsp. prepared mustard

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. pepper

2 c. finely shredded cabbage

Cook ground beef in large skillet. Break apart. Drain grease. Add all other ingredients (except cabbage). Mix thoroughly. Heat to boil. Add cabbage; mix thoroughly. Simmer with lid about 25 minutes. Stir frequently. Serve in buns. Extra can be portioned out, frozen and reheated in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
