SHRIMP BISQUE | |
1 lb. frozen shrimp 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms 2 cans condensed cream of celery soup 1 1/2 soup cans milk 1/4 c. chopped pimiento 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. heavy cream 1 tsp. paprika 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Prepare shrimp according to package directions. Saute onion and mushrooms in melted butter in a large saucepan. Add condensed celery soup, milk and cream; blend well. Add shrimp and next four ingredients. Simmer gently about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Serves 8. |
