TURKEY AND ORANGE SALAD 
1 1/2 c. macaroni or spaghetti
1/4 c. almonds, chopped
2 med. cucumbers
2 med. oranges
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. cooked turkey
Leaf of lettuce
Mayonnaise

Prepare pasta 30 minutes before serving according to the instructions. In a 10" frying pan on medium heat toast almonds until lightly brown. Shake pan frequently. Remove from heat and set aside. Cut the cucumbers in half and lengthwise. Remove seeds. Then chop. Peel the oranges, chop two fine, cut other one in quarters. In a bowl mix mayonnaise, milk and salt with a fork. Add pasta, orange, cucumber and turkey. Mix well. Decorate bottom of tray with lettuce leaf, place salad on leaf. Garnish around salad with cucumber and almonds. Serves 6.
