HAMBURGER PIE 
1 med. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 lb. can cut green beans, drained
1 can condensed tomato soup
Potato fluff topper

Cook onion in small amount of butter or fat until tender, but not brown. Add meat and seasonings and brown lightly. Add drained beans and soup. Pour into greased, 1 1/2 quart casserole. Drop potato fluff topper in mounds over meat. If desired, sprinkle potatoes with 1/2 cup shredded process cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serves 6.

POTATO FLUFF TOPPER:

5 med. potatoes, cooked
1/2 c. warm milk
1 beaten egg

Mash potatoes, add milk and egg; season. Drop in mounds over casserole.
