CORN PUDDING | |
5 eggs, beaten 6 tbsp. butter, melted 2/3 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour, sift 6 oz. Carnation milk 6 oz. reg. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 can cream corn 2 cans regular corn or 6 ears fresh corn, cut off Mix everything together well. Bake in a greased casserole dish at 350 degrees until top is golden brown and center is set (45-60 minutes depending on shape of baking dish). |
