RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran Cereal
3 c. sugar
5 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk

Mix Raisin Bran, sugar, flour, soda and salt in large bowl. Stir in eggs, oil and buttermilk; mix well. Store in refrigerator in covered container and use as desired. Spoon off top when you want them. Never stir up after they are first made.

Fill greased muffin tine 2/3 full with batter and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. This batter keeps for 6 weeks in refrigerator.
