LINGUINI WITH CLAM SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 cans minced clams
1/2 c. white wine
1/4 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 lb. linguini

Saute mushrooms and garlic in oil and melted butter. Add salt, pepper, clams (including clam juice), wine and cream and simmer 10 minutes. Toss with cooked linguini. Top with chopped parsley. Serve with Parmesan cheese and hot pepper seeds.
