1 lb. cooked meat (chicken, ground beef, ground turkey, etc.) 2 cans mixed vegetables with juice 1 to 2 env. gravy mix (flavor will depend on type of meat used) 4 frozen pie crusts (you can use any pie crust I prefer frozen), let these thaw while preparing filling In a skillet, combine all ingredients except crusts. Use just enough gravy mix to thicken filling. After mixture thickens pour into 2 of the pie crusts. Cover with remaining 2 crusts. Cut vents into top crusts and bake on 375 degrees approximately 20 minutes. Until crust is browned. |
