QUICK AND EASY QUICHE 
9 inch pie crust
1 c. meat (crabmeat, ham, beef, turkey or 12 slices cooked and crumbled bacon)
1 sm. jar mushrooms
2 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese
4 tsp. flour
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of pepper

Pie crust can be baked 5 minutes before filling or butter shell well before filling.

Combine meat and mushrooms; spread over crust. Sprinkle with green onions.

Combine cheese and flour; sprinkle over green onions.

Combine remaining ingredients; beat well; pour over pie. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Test with knife. Let cool 15 minutes before cutting.
