FRUIT SALAD SANDWICHES 
1/2 c. heavy cream
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. honey
1 banana
1 red apple
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
8 1/2 oz. can pineapple, drained
Lettuce cups
6 slices buttered toast

In medium bowl beat heavy cream until thick. Add mayo and honey; mix well. Peel banana and cut into chunks. Chop apple coarsely. Reserve some chopped apple and nuts for top. Add pineapple, banana, apple and nuts to cream. Mix well. Arrange lettuce cup on each slice of toast. Spoon fruit mixture onto lettuce cups. Top with reserved apple and nuts. Makes 6 servings.
