STEAMED HUCKLEBERRY PUDDING 
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. butter
1 to 2 c. berries as desired

SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. wine or brandy

Mix dry ingredients (sift together) and working butter, add milk and berries; steam in greased 1 pound coffee can 1 1/2 hours; serve hot with sauce.
