MACARONI AND CHEESE WITH
TOMATOES
 
1 lb. box macaroni
2 cans tomato soup
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
2 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper
1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese (cut in chunks)

Cook macaroni until soft and drain. Heat other ingredients until the cheese is melted. Pour this mixture over the macaroni and mix. Pour into a casserole dish or a 9 x 13 pan. Top with bacon or sausage. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours covered with aluminum foil. Then cook for another 1/2 hour uncovered.
