PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 2/3 c. evaporated or plain milk
2 eggs
1 deep dish unbaked 9" pie shell

Or 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon, generous 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, generous 1/8 teaspoon cloves and generous 1/8 teaspoon ginger.

Combine ingredients in blender and blend for 30 to 60 seconds. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
