RICE PILAF | |
1 jar pimento, chopped 1/4 c. oil 1 onion, chopped 3 stalks celery, sliced 1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice 2 c. water 4 bouillon cubes, chicken or beef Curry Preheat oven 350 degrees. Cover bottom of pan with oil and heat. Add onion and celery and saute. Add pimento and rice. Stir to coat rice. Add curry to taste. Boil water and bouillon. Add to rice mixture. Cover with tin foil and place in oven. Cook 25 minutes. Stir and serve. |
