HOT BEEF DIP 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. dried beef, minced
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Combine all ingredients. Place in a small baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted in 2 tablespoons butter. Heat for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot with chips.
