1 pkg. (2 layer size) yellow cake mix or pudding included mix
1 pkg. (4 oz.) Baker's German sweet chocolate, melted

Prepare cake mix as directed on package, adding melted chocolate before beating. Bake in greased 13x9 pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until top springs back when lightly pressed. Spread top of warm cake with Broiled Coconut Topping. Place in broiler 2 to 3 minutes, or until topping is lightly browned.

BROILED COCONUT TOPPING:

Combine in a bowl:

2 2/3 c. flaked coconut
2/3 c. chopped pecans
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Spread on warm cake.
