2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
3 tbsp. melted fat
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 c. milk

Mix all together and beat until bubbly (not smooth). Drop by spoonfuls onto hot griddle or skillet. (Makes a bunch.)
