BANANA SPLIT PIE | |
1 9" graham cracker crust 2 c. confectioners' sugar 2 eggs 2 sticks (1 c.) butter 2 tsp. vanilla 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained 3 med. bananas, sliced 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip 1/4 c. chopped walnuts 5 maraschino cherries, halved Place the confectioners' sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla into large mixing bowl. Beat with electric mixer on slow speed 1 minute. Then beat on high speed for 20 minutes. Turn mixture into graham cracker crust. Carefully spread crushed pineapple over top. Arrange bananas on top of pineapple. Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle nuts and arrange cherries. Chill for at least 2 hours. Slice thin as this is very rich. |
