THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING 
2 eggs, hard cooked, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. onions, minced
4 tbsp. pimentos, canned finely chopped
4 tbsp. relish, pickle, sweet
2/3 c. tomato catsup
2 1/2 c. salad dressing
3/4 tsp. salt

Combine eggs, onions, pimentos, relish, catsup, salad dressing, and salt; blend well. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir well before using. Makes 1 quart.
