FOUR LAYER DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant pudding, any flavor

Mix first 3 ingredients like pie crust. Press in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix next 3 ingredients and spread over cooled crust. Do not use blender or mixer. Prepare instant pudding using 3 cups milk. Spread over second layer. Spread remainder of Cool Whip over pudding layer. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate. Keeps very well.

NOTE: One large instant pudding is the same as two small packages.
