STRAWBERRY JAM WITH PECTIN,
LOW-CAL
 
4 c. strawberries
3-4 tsp. liquid artificial sweetener
1 pkg. (1 3/4 oz.) powdered fruit pectin
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Crush strawberries in a 2 quart saucepan. Stir in artificial sweetener, powdered fruit pectin and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Continue to stir for 2 minutes.

Pour into sterilized jars and seal or keep covered in refrigerator, if, you consume it in a short time. May substitute raspberries. 1 tablespoon = 5 calories.
