SPINACH SALAD 
2 lg. bunches spinach, torn into pieces
1 lg. handful bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
7 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

Toss all ingredients, and add dressing just before serving.

HONEY DRESSING:

1 c. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. chili sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. salad oil
Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and serve over spinach salad.
