ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 buds minced garlic
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
Grated cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 corn tortillas

Brown meat, onion, garlic. Stir in milk and soups. Heat thoroughly. Layer in baking dish, starting with meat, tortillas, and cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
