MARINATED TENDERLOIN BEEF 
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 1/4 c. tomato puree
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. soy
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 c. molasses
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Bring all ingredients to boil. Let cool. Pour over thick cut beef tenderloin steaks (or substitute other beef) and marinade several hours. Barbecue or broil meat to desired doneness. HINT: Thicken remaining sauce with flour and water and use as gravy.
