EASY ELEGANT CHICKEN 
4-6 boneless chicken breasts, split
Slices of Swiss or Mozzarella cheese (to cover)
1 can cream of chicken soup, stirred with a little milk
1/3 c. melted butter
Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Place chicken in 9 x 9 inch baking dish (greased). Cover with cheese. Spread soup mixture over cheese. Sprinkle stuffing mix on top to cover. Pour butter over stuffing. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
