1/2 gal. heavy mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1 doz. hard boiled eggs, chopped
4 c. chopped celery
1 med. onion, chopped
6 dashes Tabasco
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sweet pickle relish
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. pepper

Mix in a large bowl with a wire whip. Keeps refrigerate for 2 weeks.
