6 c. tomato juice, may be homemade juice or V-8 2 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 to 1 c. chopped ripe tomatoes (not peeled), cucumber, and celery 1/4 c. finely chopped or minced onion and green pepper 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 clove or 2 tbsp. garlic salt Tabasco or Texas Pete sauce to taste Combine all ingredients and chill for 3 hours. Serve with sprig of parsley. |
