PAT'S PEACH COBBLER 
1 lb. butter
12 oz. cream cheese
5 c. Red Band self-rising flour

PEACHES:

2 qts. freshly sliced peaches
3 to 4 c. sugar (or sweeten to taste)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Crust: Knead with hands all ingredients and set for 1 hour at room temperature before rolling into dough. Separate dough into 1/2. Roll 1/2 dough in bottom of casserole dish.

Peaches: Pour peach mixture on top of dough. Cut remaining dough into strips and place on top of peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
