HAM QUICHE 
9 inch pastry
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. diced cooked ham
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)

Bake pie crust at 400 degrees for 3 minutes, prick with fork. Bake 5 minutes longer. Let cool on rack.

Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs, and milk; mix. Stir in ham and cheese. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
