SCALLOPED CHICKENS 
4 c. croutons
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion
3 c. broth (chicken)
3 beaten eggs
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 chicken

Cook celery, onions, broth and 1/4 cup butter. Pour over croutons. Add chicken and eggs. Pour chicken soup on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
