EASY PIE CRUST 
1/3 c. hot water
2/3 c. lard
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

Beat 1/3 cup hot water, 2/3 cup lard until creamy. Add 3/4 teaspoon salt. Mix. Add flour little at a time. Makes 2 crusts. Roll between 2 pieces of Handi- Wraps type of paper to pie size.

Lift off top paper. Lift crust on paper and place in tightly greased pie pan.
