EASY PRESS PIE CRUST | |
1 1/2 c. sifted flour 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. vegetable oil 2 tbsp. cold milk Sift together dry ingredients, mix oil and milk separately and beat with fork, pour oil mixture over the dry ingredients; mix with fork. Press into pie plate with fingers, save some mixture for a crumb topping if desired or just bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. |
