HOMEMADE MAYONNAISE (No
Preservatives)
 
1 egg
2 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. salad oil or cooking oil

In a blender, combine first 5 ingredients. Blend, adding oil in a slow steady stream through opening in top while motor is running. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
