SHEET CAKE ICING (CHOCOLATE) 
2 c. sugar
2 sqs. chocolate
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
1/2 c. cream
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Mix and bring to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes and put a drop in cold water. If the drop forms a soft ball, pour into a bowl. Beat with mixer for 10 minutes or until thick. Pour over cake.
