1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/3 c. flour (plain)
1 tsp. baking powder
Sm. amount of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 (1 lb.) can chocolate syrup

Mix all ingredients until smooth and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Mix sugar, milk, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and stir in remaining ingredients until all have melted.
