ZIPPY CURRY DIP 
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise/salad dressing
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. cider vinegar
1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
assorted fresh vegetables or potato chips

In a bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate until serving.

Yield: About 1 cup.
