1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter

Mix dry ingredients; add water and butter. Cook until thick over medium heat or in double boiler. Add vanilla. Serve hot over ice cream or cake or both!
