ZUCCHINI APRICOT MARMALADE | |
6 c. peeled and grated zucchini 6 c. crushed pineapple 1/2 c. ReaLemon 6 oz. apricot Jello Cook zucchini until change color. Add crushed pineapple and ReaLemon. Cook for 6-8 minutes after rolling boil. Turn off heat, add apricot Jello. Pour in jars and seal with paraffin wax or freeze. |
