MRS. STEARN'S SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
1 (15 oz.) can canned milk (condensed)
1 can (15 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve Jellos in hot water in a very large bowl. Add cottage cheese, milk, pineapple and mayonnaise. Stir to mix well and add nuts. Chill to set. Serves a lot. I usually make it for Thanksgiving and/or Christmas, Easter, etc.

I also continue to stir frequently while chilling to keep fruit and nuts evenly distributed.

May be chilled in a large square pan and cut into squares for serving topped with mayonnaise or whipped cream.
