HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
4 oz. med. wide noodles, cooked & drained
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. grated Parmesan or Cheddar (4 oz.)
Salt, if desired
1 tsp. horseradish
2 1/2 c. ham

TOPPING:

1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. poppy seeds

Mix together and place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with crumb mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees until bubbly. 4-6 servings.
