HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
3/4 c. milk 1 (8 oz.) pkg. pasteurized process cheese spread, cut into cubes 2 to 2 1/2 c. diced cooked ham 3 c. cooked noodles 3/4 c. commercial sour cream 1/4 c. chopped parsley 1/2 c. chopped onion Salt and pepper to taste Combine milk and cheese in a saucepan; place on low heat until cheese melts. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into a lightly greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Yield: 6 to 8 servings. |
